About Gavin Whitacre

Gavin attended the University of Cincinnati and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1997. After graduating, Gavin worked in commercial construction as a project manager. In 2004, Gavin married Jennifer and joined Tincher’s Welding to work with Jennifer and her family as a project manager. In 2019, Gavin became President of Tincher’s Welding and in July of 2021 he took over ownership of the company. Gavin and Jennifer are continuing Tincher’s Welding into a successful second generation and will continue to look for ways to grow and improve the company into the future.
